Purpose
- We support the growth agenda of academic institutions to expand the portfolio of programs optimising the present facilities at the Campus, with recognised Universities from the UK with more demanding programs from the industry and student population.
- We engage with the academic institutions on a long-term basis to ensure the right partnerships attracted, engaged for the benefits for all stakeholders by way of providing advisory, relationship building, negotiation, documentary, supervisory, academic support, quality assurance, marketing and many more services towards SPC achieving its objectives.

Scope and Services Details
Shortlist and recommend the best UK University/universities , based on your business requirements.
Following criteria shall be considered for our recommendations: overall University ranking, programme specific ranking, non-existence in the local market, course fee structure, and the delivery model, and minimum target numbers per intake/year.
Negotiate the best possible financial model with the UK University.
Compile documentation for validation.
Train and empower the YOUR staff to meet University expectations in the implementation of academic programs.
Mobilize additional expertise/resources from edugate or its networks as may be required for the successful operation of the partnership.
Supervise QA process to meet University and QAA policies and regulations.
Provide advice and support for market outreach.
Regular oversight and provide advice on corrective actions when required to ensure successful implementation of partnership(s).
Provide advice for sustaining and growing the partnership with the University for future growth of your academic institution.
Help SP to expand its reach for international students in the MENA region and elsewhere.

Exlusive Partnership
EGI will make every effort to negotiate for an exlusive partnership for the academic institutions with the University for the region, defined. However, in the event that academic institution neither willing nor doesn’t have capacity/approvals to offer any programs oferred by the University, the University will have the freedom to offer such programs through other parties if they wish to.
Portfolio of Programmes.
Programmes and courses to be validated with partner Universities are identified for two phases and listed in their priority order, having not more than two universities to cover the majority of the programs as identified. below based on our discussions.
Due Diligence
Before finalizing the agreement, the selected University may carry out a due diligence exercise both at the SPC facility and remotely. For this, academic institution has to cooperate by hosting the visiting team and by complying with the required documentation and information sought by the University.

Using EGI’s extensive institutional and personal contacts with the higher education sector (Universities and awarding bodies) in the UK, and other countries, only potential Universities that are likely to seriously consider the proposed project will be approached and academic institution will be recommended the most suitable University partner. In that process, the identified Universities might ask for clarifications, additional information, documentary evidences, etc. academic institutions shall completely be supported by EGI within the set timeline. We already possess a well established working relationship with more than dozen of globally recongmnised universities.
